Contest entry is limited to individuals over the age of 18.
Only residents currently residing in India are eligible for contests.
Due to state laws, residents of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, are presently ineligible for the paid edition of the contest.
Participants must possess a functioning email account.
Participants with insider knowledge of competing teams, organizing boards, or leagues are prohibited from participating or withdrawing winnings.
Successful registration on the Supreme Wicket and timely registration before each game, following provided instructions, is essential for eligibility to participate in contests and win incentives.

Users acknowledge that the procedures and information for making payments through Internet Banking/Debit/Credit Cards (the "Virtual Payment Mode") are governed by the terms agreed upon between users and relevant institutions. In case of any liability related to Virtual Payment Modes, including fraudulent transactions, we hold no responsibility.
We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred directly or indirectly due to (a) transaction disapproval, (b) payment issues arising from the transaction, or (c) transaction decline for any reason. Users acknowledge that the payment service provided by us is not a banking or financial service. Supreme Wicket reserves the right, without prior notice, to modify fees associated with the Services. Any such changes are binding on users.
If a withdrawal request is processed a few days after submission, users should check their registered email for correspondence from Supreme Wicket. Violations of Fair Play Terms will result in user restrictions and suspension of withdrawal requests. Blacklisting and denial of withdrawal requests will occur for users violating Fair Play Terms. Withdrawals under any circumstances typically take 5 to 7 business days.
The company (or its licensors) retains all exclusive rights to the Site and Apps, including graphics and content. These terms do not grant or transfer ownership titles or other interests in these rights to users or others.
"Intellectual property" in these terms refers to all intellectual and commercial property rights, including but not limited to copyright, database rights, computer software rights, URLs, firm names, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, rights in appearance and reputation, and the right to use one's own name.

The user and Supreme Wicket agree that the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from or related to these agreements, including non-binding disputes.
